NMIFF welcomes the entry of a short animation film "Tears For Narcissus" from USA, DIRECTED by Laura Harrison.

"Betty, a middle aged woman with body dysmorphic disorder, goes on a quest to find beauty through endless cosmetic surgeries. Her codependent husband, himself obsessed with the television show extreme Makeover, aids and abets her transformation. A transformation ensues but not perhaps the kinds for which Betty had hoped."
