NMIFF welcomes the entry of a short film “ யட்சி :YATCHI ” from India, DIRECTED by MANIMARAN.

"Devadatchan, a renowned writer who made numerous contributions to Tamil literature affected by a strange disease. His whole body is paralyzed except his right hand which might stop functioning at any time. Having known this fact, he takes a shocking decision but hesitate to do it because of a little girl ilakkiya.
