NMIFF welcomes the entry of a Short Film “ANDRE1A” from Philippines, Directed By Emmanuel Sambayan.
ANDRE1A is a drama short film about the tragic past of Fabian Gomez, a mental institution patient. Despite Fabian’s mental disorder, an old man tries to discover the story about the patient’s separated parents – his father and his robot mother.
