NMIFF welcomes the entry of a Short film “Kleptomaniac at the Airport” from India, Directed By Sayan Mullick.
A humorous tale about a supposedly Kleptomaniac at the Airport. The movie is a silent film paying tribute to the old style of film making during the Charlie Chaplin era.
