NMIFF welcomes the entry of a short Film “Lucifer" from India, Directed By Vyshak Perumana.
This short film, titled \'LUCIFER\' is all about the issue on the spreading of AIDS which we have seen through various media. The story starts with the antagonist biting a lady and what happens next is the plot.
