NMIFF welcomes the entry of a short Film “DHWONI - A Voice” from INDIA, DIRECTED By AMITABHA SENGUPTA.

"DHWONI- A Voice ( a meaning beyond stated meaning) is a short film on vagaries of relationship through which we live, progress , transcend and emerge on its own way.It's being felt that due to economic pressures relationships do take the toll silently or expressively which do have a reflection how we lead our life. The changing dynamics of the society with advent of technology has put us forward definitely but failed to address key issues related to emotional well being. The film tries to draw attention whether the question " do confusion and imbalance exist in our progress to modernity" has a relevancy or not."
