Following an anthropologic method, Prediction/Production focus on the new Netflix series Marseille (2016). Written and directed during the short period between the announcement of the series and the release of the first season, this anticipation film analyse the geo-political implications underlying the production of the series. Shot in three strategic spots of the city of Marseille, the film is constructed as quotations from diverse connected issues : a speech from Hillary Clinton, 21st Century Statecraft looking like a colonial move, a play on the statement of Reed Hastings (Netflix's CEO) pretending his series are made with algorithms help, and the interview of one of the actor of the Netflix series. Therefore, how to measure possibilities to counter the colonization of images circulation?
