3rd Navi Mumbai International Film Festival NMIFF-2016 welcomes the submission of Student Shorts "A letter to the Prime Minister" from India, Directed by Sujata Mukherjee.
This film is a real story of a boy whom is studying class V always depressed due to family situations. A teacher observed him so closely and could find a solution to over come his situations and motivated him.
