3rd Navi Mumbai International Film Festival NMIFF-2016 welcomes the submission of Student Shorts "...and Buddha smiled!" from India, Directed by Maheshkumar Munjale.

"...and Buddha smiled!" is a story based upon the background of strange Indian cast reality.A young boy Suraj (23) crosschecks reactions of parents by bringing the Idol of Buddha in Hindu home, to marry a girl Pradnya (21) from another cast and community.
