3rd Navi Mumbai International Film Festival NMIFF-2016 welcomes the submission of Student Shorts "Mast Qalandar" from India, Directed by Divij Roopchand.

"Mast Qalandar" is the story about Montek who wants to do something for his thirteenth birthday. If he tells his mother what, she won't let him.
