"Block by Block" is a documentary film that explores the encapsulating experiences of simple construction laborers, who ordinarily lead a life of struggle wrung in the systemic gutters of our society, who now find themselves at a sight fit for kings, building the tallest building in India, a modern architectural marvel - Palais Royale,in the city of Mumbai.
