3rd Navi Mumbai International Film Festival NMIFF-2016 welcomes the submission of Student Shorts "Keeping Balance" from Austria, Directed by Bernhard Wenger.
"Keeping Balance" is the story about Denise, a 20-year-old girl, who visits nearly every day the Viennese 'Prater' amusement park to take some rides with the electronic 'Tagada' carousel because it helps her to get over her difficult past.
