5th Banjara International Touring Film Festival welcomes the submission of short film TAKLEEF - THE DAY OF DUTY from Iran directed by Ali Farahani.
Synopsis: During a ritual ceremony in a multi-grade school, Pardis, a high school student, is obligated to accompany an elementary student called Naghmeh. To maintain the order of the ceremony in front of the higher officials, the headmaster of the school is forced to put Pardis in charge and by doing so, introduce her not as a student but Naghmeh's older sister. Or in other words as a family member.
