3rd Navi Mumbai International Film Festival NMIFF-2016 welcomes the submission of Professional Shorts "Palvi - Foliage" from India, Directed by Ratnakar Jadhav.

"Palvi" is a film about Surrogacy(Surrogate Mother) Which is the best option chosen in modern days by married couples who are suffering from maternal infertility.This film also give awareness to the society to fight against female feticide. Overall "PALVI" means rays of new hopes.

    Good Subject, message oriented, now a common man also knows surrogacy process after watching movie and it also gives awareness about female feticide. Must watch everyone.
