3rd Navi Mumbai International Film Festival NMIFF-2016 welcomes the submission of Professional Shorts "The Old man and the Cat" from Germany,Directed by Damian Schipporeit.

Out of a profound longing for company and social contacts, an "old", lonely man fantasises about a perfect world. Together with his imaginary "cat" he celebrates his 80th birthday. Suddenly the doorbell rings. His young, pretty neighbour is standing at the door.
