4th Banjara International Film Festival welcomes the submission of Student Short "Lights Off" from India, directed by Nidhi Jarmanwala.

Synopsis: This short film revolves around the story of an amateur film's cast and crew which is constantly struggling to to get along with its successful yet snobbish actress. But everything is pushed to the brim when a minor spot boy's sentiments are hurt and he commits something completely horrific.
