3rd Navi Mumbai International Film Festival NMIFF-2016 welcomes the submission of Professional Shorts "Leela" from India, Directed by Runa Chowdhury.

The story narrates the journey of Leela, suffering from Cerebral palsy who always dreamt of having a loving life.
