"Not A CCTV" is a story of a frail old woman who is paralyzed from several stroke attacks, bedridden, even cannot speak. Only she can capture incidents by her eyes and store them like CCTV. Her near and dear ones commit their daily mischievous activities, like her son's weakness for the maid, her grandson cheats his father's signature in the Report Card, and her daughter-in-law's illicit relationship, in front of her by ignoring her. And there comes the climax of the story which vehemently announces that she is "NOT A CCTV."
