3rd Navi Mumbai International Film Festival NMIFF-2016 welcomes the submission of a short film "Why?!" from Spain,Directed by Hernández Torrado Daniel.
"Why ?!" is an allegory in favor of peace and nonviolence, a critique of the violation of human rights on behalf of any flag and a tribute to the innocent victims of terror.
