NMIFF welcomes the entry of a short film " Kaun Jeeta Hai Teri Zulf Ke Sar Hone Tak " from India, DIRECTED by Sunil Joshi. 

"It is a docu-drama on Right to Information Act-2005, showing that only by making an act is not the solution of the problem unless & until it is not implemented in the true spirit by the organization".
